8.2 Errors and Manifest Odds Errors. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform without express written consent;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users, including chip-dumping in poker or live casino games;
• Attempting to manipulate sports events on which bets are placed;

13.1 By the Platform. zs5555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Account holder is in breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe; (d) the Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

13.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure, subject to applicable KYC completion and withdrawal conditions, will be processed for return to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures.

13.3 Forfeiture on Breach. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the user, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, as a remedy for the breach.
